Hey adamreed and everyone else requesting products for the 03, just keep in mind no matter what company, all the products will be much more than the previous 1st and 2nd gen products...
Example: 1st & 2nd gen headers 350-400 whereas the 03 could be double, from 600+
Just helping out the companies, before prices are posted, and then everyone starts their whining of how expensive **** is... tongue.gif

I just got the N.K.H headers for the 03 Tib today. There is a bung on the front pipe for an 02 sensor but what am I gonna do with the other 4? There is a cat on each stock manifold and an 02 sensor that goes before the cat and after the cat on each side. The headers eliminate the cats so putting the 02 sensors on would not work because the 02 sensors would get the same reading from the free flowing headers. How the hell is this gonna work right?

good question man...
thats why I didnt jump on the headers you bought.
they are not set up well to accept U.S.spec cars w calif. emissions...did you pay for the extra 02 fittings?let me know what happens....

yamaneko...
will the sr v6 headers accept all of the required 02 fittings for the calif. spec emissions requirements most of our U.S. cars have? looks like this is already becoming an issue...
thanks

The extra 02 fittings are not the problem, the sensors are set up so they read the emissions before entering the cat and then after the cat. With the headers there is NO cat(s) on the manifold any more so what the hell are the sensors gonna read now?

OK, just recieved information that the 02 sensors for the 2003 Tiburon are used for emissions and will only cause a CEL which can be fixed when the new ecu is out in a couple months. The engine management system controls the air/fuel etc, etc which does not include the 02 sensors. How accurate is this info?
