I worked for a company that made similar piggy back systems for motorcycles, 4wheelers, snowmobiles, etc.
The concept and technology are legit, but I don't know what will happen when our ECU tryes to learn or adapt with this thing. I also dunno much about the company, so I can't say much for them.

Skip that one. I have a chip for you.
Let me show you some data that independent tests have confirmed.*
As you can see by this chart DTN's OMFG chip outperforms the other guys. Unfortunately we're still working trying to boost our performance gains by photoshoping the dip in the middle of the chart. I fully gaurantee that you'll see gains when you use our chip with a AEM CAI and a set of headers.
The best part is that I'll only charge $89.94, that's a savings of $0.01 over the other guys.

Tuners started in 1996/1997 trying to crack the Hyundai ECM so they could reflash it. UNsuccessfully. If it were possible to plug something in to your OBD port and have it boost your HP, it would have been available in 1998. Not all cars' computers are the same, and Hyundai makes theirs harder than some others to retune for performance.... that's why AEM's F/IC is the hot ticket and not some plug-in.
Dyno, install, and re-dyno, and then drive on it for 6 months, and then maybe we'll buy a second one. Until then, this falls into the category of "eBay resistor kits" in the Circular File.

This is the place I used to work for. These things don't reprogram anything in the ECU, they mess with the signals into and out of it, like to the fuel injectors to increase/decrease the amount of fuel. There is legit technology behind the ones at this company, and Rayne's link looks like its similar. I'll agree with DTN, though, their chart looks like its marketing BS.
I will also agree tho, that I have my doubts with our cars. If there was interest, I could probably talk with the tech guys where I used to work, and see what their thoughts or opinions are about our cars.
