I'm confused, which 02 did you extend? you need to extend the 2nd one past the cat.
I had my first one in the spot that comes on the headers forever, never extended it.

man, this is not a hard concept...why are there so many threads on it?
one o2 sensor BEFORE the cat one AFTER the cat
header
flex pipe
1st o2 sensor
CATALYTIC CONVERTER
2nd o2 sensor
rest of exhaust
one o2 sensor BEFORE the cat one AFTER the cat.
you may have to extend the wires for the 2nd o2, you may not. it all depends on your setup. Either way, its 4 wires, it should take you 15 minutes to solder and heat shrink extensions in there....very simple
if you have two working o2 sensors and one cat, then you put the 1st sensor before the cat and the 2nd sensor after the cat you will NOT have a CEL.

Im having problems with the second sensor. I did cut/add wires and soldered them together, never got them mixed up, and everytime it didnt work. I was getting P0136 which is downstream O2 sensor malfunction.
