Weird Throttle Response

Hello,
Want to add to this instead of making a new topic since its pretty much the same problem but at higher rpms. I have a CAI but it was doing it before then to. At about 4800+- rpms the car would kind of spudder (almost like its having trouble) but at about 5100+- it would go and be just fine. Happens is all the gears at that rpms but first gear. I have replace the spark plugs and plug wires incase of a misfireing but still no luck. Thanks for your help in advance.
