Water Cooled Turbo Question
#1
i know with a non-water cooled turbo, you have to let the car idle if you've been running it hard to let the turbo cool down. if you have a water cooled turbo, do you have to wait for the turbo to cool down before shutting the car off? i've heard some people say you still do, but i thought that was the whole purpose of water cooling.

Water cool is just a better way to cool the turbo. You run the turbo to keep hot oil out of the bearing casing so that it doesn't cool and harden in there.
YOu should still run it for a bit just to run clean oil/coolant through.
