Ye, stiffer mounts = more vibration. You can't really make the mounts "softer", its just how the car is designed. My Eclipse does this as well... just how the car is designed.
I really need to look at mine either way, my car vibrates extremely loud in neutral. As in giving passengers headaches cause of the deep noise vibration. Makes the Tib sound fast at idle when it really isn't. hail.gif

hmm i guess 97-00 tibs had lots of problems?
cuz my tib (01) doesn't seem like the dash is all that stiff when going through bumps and holes....like I can hear the plastic rattling while going through a rough road
