Just wondering what you guys found worked well, I used a razor and that seemed to be going good for awhile but then it broke. I still have a little left I want to get rid of so it doesn't flap around when I'm driving at higher speeds.

I used a coping saw as well yesterday when I installed mine. Cut like a hot knife through butter. fing02.gif

I used my sickel knife. Really sharp. Cut through it like butter. You're not gonna be able to screw all the ends of the guard back on.

You might have to rotate the horn a bit to squeeze it in. Good Luck

I do believe I just took a handsaw to it, as I did it at home where I didn't have access to all the special tools. Just measure the CAI, draw a template, and wack away.

Screw, what do ya mean it didn't bolt up right afterward? Mine went back in just fine...

i think I can top you all...I used SCISSORS!

I used a white colored pencil to draw out the area I wanted to cut out, and then just went at it...Sure, it didn't cut through it like butter, but I wasn't very creative, and it just had to be done.

Here's some pics (they're a little big - 1152x864)
