Im guessing it still comes out cause the past few times i drove the car ( since i noticed it ) its all wet. I am going to take it to the local garage on monday for them to look at it.

If the car is running fine and not misfiring, don't see too much of a problem in it myself... though I've never heard of it before.

burnt oil will cause dark dark (a bit blue) smoke
coolant will cause white smoke
unburned (or rich afr) fuel will cause black smoke
if you can't see black smoke coming from the tail pipe - it should be ok.
how do you drive btw, do you rev hard? do you floor a lot?

Well i drove about 40 miles to harrisburg yesterday and i cant say i was driving the speed limit. But normally i drive good to save gas. The headers i put on were from my 97. They were clear i shined a light through them. They are from shark racing. Its a 4-2-1. There is no smoke like normal but there is that gunk coming out. This is so weired.

you dont have a first cat any more.
maybe your cat was restricting flow and your resonators were cloged?
i have a rd1 with 2 resonators and only one cat. rd2s came with 2 cats and one resonator if im not mistakin.
it goes cat - resonator - cat - mufler right?
now its resonator - cat - mufler rite?
now the cat is gone and your exhaust is free'd up your engine is clearing the crap out
i think your just clearing the junk out take if for a long ride clear it out and try to forget about it i don't see a problem

Yeah that makes sence. And your right on the order of cats and shit. But this wasnt the first long trip i took. I drove to OC a few weeks ago for a car show and nothing happened. But that makes perfect sence. Now im not as worried but im still gonna take it to the shop on monday to have them take a look at it. I will let you know what they say.

yah, it seems fine.. as long as theres no smoke, and chunks arent flying out your tailpipe, you're problably fine. prob. just cuz it was running rich (tibs do that) and maybe a lil oil, would make a sludgish type stuff.
btw, wheres my pics of the 97 tib, and did you try changing the tranny fluid/filter? did that solve problem? if so i might be able to get $$$ this wknd and get down there, if not lemme know.
