Are you talking about a spoiler near the roof like DTN's car?

no it not either of those. it is just a sun or moon roof that instead on going back into the roof it angles up and slides back. it is called a spoiler sun or moon roof not sure which one.it is called that cause of how the air hits it it acts as a spoiler. the pic of the blue care in that link with the two spoilers on it has this type of sunroof.

you want an aftermarket moonroof??? several of our cars came with them
If you install an aftermarket sunroof/moonroof it can easily destroy the structure of the car. I know two people who did it to their cars (Cavalier and Sunfire).
HIGHLY NOT suggested

the cars built with the sunroofs have structure in place to support a gaping hole in the middle of the roof. Cutting into the roof can easily damage the structure and quality of the body, making it prone to twisting the frame
seems easy to understand to me. When they build the car, they don't just cut into the roof, it's built with structure surrounding the hole
