^you should go w/a turbo and then setup the exhaust so it backfires just like the rally cars (keep the turbo constantly spooled up). (check spelling on spooled)

if you want it to backfire dont you need to have a type of misfiring system? and im pretty sure rally drivers use superchargers, unless the car comes turbo'd.

but i could b wrong

nah, all rally cars are turbocharged. they just use ball-bearing, relatively small turbos. most of them only have about 300-350 hp, but they also have upwards of 400 ft/lbs torque, which is what is needed. i actually think there is a limit for wrc cars set at 300hp... but i know one of the peugots was making something like 540 ft/lbs torque.

the hp comes VERY low in the revs.

ok that the sound you are looking foor then this is what u want 63mm ss pipe no cat in the center of that put a 36 inch thrust glasspack end muffler of your choice
that is what i got and it sounds deep and well balanced and of course if you go with the hairdryer add on aka turbo go to 75mm no bigger then that or you lose what little backpressure u need to clear out the cylinders. hope that helped you out better. i would never lead anyone here astray or bs them. thats my style
