Now that changes everything.
Check fuses in floor panel. Verify that the gauge cluster is pushed in it's socket towards the firewall as much as possible. Check your VSS on tranny. Check assocaited wiring. Check contacts on back of instrument cluster
If it's something inside the gauges, it's just the screws on the backside that hook power from the circuit board, just tighten them a few turns.
