The 2001 Tibs had it where when you put it on Defrost or FLoor and Defrost, it would automatically turn on the AC, to help defrost.
The older Tibs never had that, Even the 2000's. Yeah, I know stupid.
Loyen, check that white piece by your right foot like Dmitry pointed out. Make sure it's moving when you move the temp adjustment.
If not, do a Coolant flush. Have you done it before? And if so when?
If not, that might do it.

it's crazy, I usually drive with air on "defrost and floor" on 1 or 2 blower speed.

Theres an extra little radiator that blows through to make the air hot, so I guess if your crazy someday just turn the heater on full to keep the engine bay cooler lmao.gif

alright....right next to the pedal there is a disconnected steel cable...will reconnect it in bout 20 min..then will see if it helped.

I think those LEDs bulbs are not very ligal, cause light flow from them are narrow.
But I like them and they probably will work just fine on Tibby's rear turn signals.
