Hey!
I've just had to sort out the registration for my car & for that I needed a roadworthy certificate. While the guy was going over the car he pointed out that my reverse lights weren't working... Which was news to me.
Anyway he passed the car but told me to get it fixed.
I checked the bulbs, contacts & everything I could think of... I'm stumped.
Is there like a switch somewhere that I need to check?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have manual or automatic tranny?
Test back up lamp switch:
disconnect connector from a switch, connect 2 pins with a wire, turn the key to ON, put in reverse and your back up lamps should turn on. If so - change your switch.

^ Cheers guys!
That's what I need to do... I'm still not 100% clear on where the switch is but I'll look it up on webtech. I'm sure I'll find it.

Cheers for your help guys fing02.gif
It was the switch so I went to the local Hyundai dealership & got a new one. It cost $58AUD though which is a rip-off... but what can you do?
