THat's correct, the recall is only on 99-01's
Which has the 1 piece Exhaust Manifold and Cat.
Yours is a 2 piece setup

on my J2 i had to replace it 4 times

all junk yard parts except one full pop 800 one when i was a newb but i lost the reciept

Redz tells me that i might be able to get them to pay for my header

they refused to fix mine inless i paid them to line it up with the exhaust, now keep in mind, my exhaust is stock, and niether the manifold, or exhaust has ever been removed.
