Radiator Hoses

Hey guys, my car is almost back together. I got a quick question.

There is 2 small hoses coming from the bottom of the radiator. I forget where they attach to in the car. Help please??

They go back into the radiator? That doesnt seem right. I dont see where they would connect into at all.

Let's get on the same page here:

The RD's automatic transaxle has 2 hoses coming off it. They are oil lines, one for inlet and one for outlet. The radiator has two similar-sized hose barbs/nipples on the bottom. They are inlet and outlet fittings for a transaxle oil cooler which is built into the radiator.

Are those the radiator hoses you are referring to?

Hyundai used the same radiator in auto and manual cars. If your car started out as a stick shift, they were just not used.

Lol. We figured out the issue. We got that radiator from a junkyard. We remembered that it was an automatic we took it off of. My cars a standard. Problem solved right there. We went and looked at my old radiator and found it didnt have those hoses at all so we just bypassed it using the single hose.

Thanks for the info stocker but it turns out we were just stupid haha.
