Well I've been thinkin, on what I should do next to my Tib. Its down to Lower it W/ the Eibach Pro System Plus, or save up for a while and buy the RE S3 Turbo Kit (when it comes out), What do you think I should do?

I would lower it and stiffen the suspension. you go turbo, you will quickly find out how compromised your suspension is.
