I bought las week two sets of poly exhaust mounts. Four mounts in total (only needed three but they come in sets). I was having problems with the rubber mounts giving way too much. Since I have installed these mounts the exhaust is held much better and does not travel half the distance it did before. Here is a pic and the guy that I bought them from if you are interested. BTW they can only get them in blue and yellow.

Hope you didn't pay more than 5 dollars for them. Usually, if your exhaust is swaying a little too much adding another mounting point in the right place will do the trick.

Sure I will just make on lol. Thats alright I would rather actually fix the problem. Same concept as removing your stock rubber engine mounts with poly ones. Seems pretty common sense.

*Mad Mod Edit*
Man, I do not mind the Muffler belt commments.. as long as you keep them in with a real comment on topic..

When I installed my flow-though muffler I used one (the rearest) mount from Ford (I don't know what model, should be not new). Now I can't move my tailpipe.
One mount cost me about $2

As long if you use new mufler bearing you will have no problems tongue.gif

Actually less Mad. See the MBRP uses one less mount than stock so the pipe over the rear cross member hits sometimes due to the amount of travel the rubber mounts allow. These completely fixed the problem and don't give any more vibrations or noise into the car.

Odd... never heard of these things before. Ahh well, my pipes don't have any scratches or dents from hitting on parts of the underbody so I guess I'm straight. tongue.gif
