BTW. Honda S2000 has 2.0L n/a engine that has 240hp at the crank.
I think red line is about 8500 RPM there.
Pasha, I've seen couple of headers that was wraped with special high temp tape, I think that tape will kill your buzz.

The only thing about heat wrap is that it can cause your headers to rust and might have to change out your header sooner as the wrap will trap the heat in the header, raising temperature and not allowing it cool down easily.

I think if you put heat wrap just on the part of the headers it shuold help to make less buzz.
And you can wrap them all around. If tape will contact with headers it will damper that buzz.

Buzz is caused by resonance of thin walls of the pipes. I think if you weld on you header thin metal stripe where you have buzz it will stop it. It will change frequency of buzz resonance.

I have the Maintec Racing 4-2-1 header, it surprised me how it didn't affect noticeably the torque at low rpm, however I feel important gains of torque at early mid range, very nice mod (well I installed it with Airram manifold, that could increase the gains of the header itself).
As for buzzing, those headers are definitelty thickwalled, they don't buzz at all at the front, and the exhaust note is really low; however I think my muffler helps there too. Have you seen Oddessit the muffler I told you? (The one from SummitRacing?) I think it's way better than those big can shaped mufflers (which actually don't muffle much).
