For the price they're offered (around $155 brand new), OBX isn't all that bad. If you want a really good header you're gonna have to pay alot more (+$400).

They do not suck! For the price that you pay they work wonders!!!

Where can I get those 4-1 headers?

Search for header... or HVE header. I found the address in there like a month or two ago, but I've lost it.

Does SS Autochrome still make headers for us? Regardless of their quality or customer service (Which sucks)

What are some realistic gains for all of the N/A mods? I'm talking like a CAI/Catback exhaust/4-2-1 headers/bbtb/Airram. My guess is around like 175 hp. I'm sure you could beat a Grand Am with just the intake/exhaust combo. The intake dropped me my 0-60 time from a flat 10 to around a flat 9 and below on average. I really want a ARK catback. I really feel like this is going to be a big step forward, performance wise.

I don't think so, but I don't know for sure. I do know that I havn't seen them on ebay lately. All there is right now is OBX.

Not anymore, but OBX and XSpower have exactly the same desing.

170 sounds about right to me.

170HP in a tib, how does that compare to other cars? would that beat a decently modded civic? integra?

i actually have a little competition too, there's a z24 cavalier at my school who has a custom dual exhaust, venom headers, and an aem intake. he is always talking crap, and i know my car LOOKS nicer, but i don't know what mods i'll want to get so i can smoke em laugh.gif pretty soon ill have all of my body work done, then ill be going for straight performance smile.gif i don't think im experienced enough to be comfortable running even a low-boosted turbo setup, plus that's high maintenance and costs a lot of money. n/a will be the way i go (for quite awhile at least)

Honda engines are better designed than Hyundai engines, N/A wise. While they come with about the same HP as the Tib stock, and sit at the same displacement, they are so restrictive mods do wonders for them. A mild N/A DOHC Honda motor will put out 180whp compared to a Tib's 150ish whp.

Now, you take an Integra and the internals blow at 9PSI on a T3/T4 fairly fast. We've seen Tim run 17PSI for a short period of time with no problems. The Beta is just a better boost motor.
