I had the OBX 4-2-1 for about a year or so. They're decent but don't expect miracles from it. You get what you pay for.

I also wanted to mention that with OBX header and SSA exhaust I shaved off 0.6 of a second in a 1/4 mi. These numbers definitely show in improvment!

Don't you have the 4-1 SSA header OP?

Ha! you are probably the only one who remembers! I used to, but then sold it since I was going to turbocharge my car. Then I came accross a great deal with IMPORTSHARK and got a header and exhaust at the same time. Unfortunately it had to be 4-2-1 one...

I'm actually looking for 4-1 header right now. Trying to get it cheap, then send it to jet-hot and put it on my car. Do you know anyone who sells their 4-1 header?

The only place that I can think of, right now, that sells a 4-1 header is SharkRacing but we all know how that goes (cost $410)..
I was lucky enough to buy PreciousFiber's 4-1 HVE ceramic coated header..I havn't see any 4-1 headers sold used here since then.

what i meant by airram, is the Airram Intake Manifold http://kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=79&ai_id=576
since you have a manual, 4-1 headers would suit you better than 4-2-1 headers.
do NOT buy from shark racing. buy either the obx headers you see, or spend more and get better quality maintec ones from kspec.

i still think that you should buy the airram intake manifold as opposed to a big bore throttle body.

you already have the intake and exhaust, so go ahead and get the headers (4-1 if you can find em), if you still have extra cash then bore out your stock throttle body and get the airram intake manifold.

You can still buy the 4-1s off of HVE I think. The dollar is weak now, so its more expensive than it was a year ago though.
