They'll do it for you with no hassle at all. I just got mine done with Mobile1 synthetic oil.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (alex01tib)</div><div class='quotemain'>one of my friends last semester went to walmart to get oil and they drained it but never put new oil in... she got on the highway to go home and her engine blew up...</div>
That's nothing, one of our workers lost a whole truck..WalMart had to pay the owner $10,000 which was the value of the vehicle..very strange but true story..it's been years since I've worked there though

I have no fricken idea how the truck disappeared, I only know that a worker moved the truck to the parking lott when we were done changing the oil right before closing and it disappeared. I had only been working for a week when this happened. Stranger still, they didn't fire the guy who "lost" the truck. They moved him to another area and only give him a write up. I really didn't pry to much into as I was a new worker. WalMart was trying to keep the incident on the downlow so it was taboo to ask to much about it. I was very surprised to find out that the incident didn't even come out in the paper.

well, we do have a few accidents at the workplace...i mean, i did a transmission service on a truck and one of the customer's lines blew due to the pressure while the service was running. The fluid went all over the engine bay and all over my area of the shop. Sucked, clean-up really did suck.
Also, about the whole switching over to synthetic...they will switch over with no questions to you..More money in there pocket.

I'd suggest to do it yourself. You'll save mega cash, they charge you for the oil on top of the services that they make you pay for. (for regular oil it's included)
Just my $0.02.
Pyro, just remember to use the new oil to grease the filter's gasket, and not old stuff. Also make sure to run it like SloKDM and Sparticus mentioned to get oil to the places they need to go, then add more if needed.
