Well, in my experiences, i have a ratling vibration when i run the car hard while its still cold. My rattle as I've found out comes from a gasket between the flex pipe and cat that is crap. It has a pinhole leak that leaks when cold and expands shut after it warms up. That pinhole makes the entire exhaust rattle, something about the vibration of the pressure... anyway after a few minutes it goes away. This may not be the exact problem you're getting but it may be related. Hope I helped.
