You don't really have much a choice, and for $155 you aren't going to find a header that works as good for the price you pay.
Unless you find a deal on any alternative headers, like RSide in my case. Much better headers. SSA/Forza and all that crap are basically OBX in my book (same design)
And they will buzz with a catback. You'll have no problems with the header on stock exhaust.

i have a catback and they do not buzz at all.
i really have no clue what header i have though, neither did the person i bought it from for 60 bucks. laugh.gif
had to do some trimming on the tranny plate and inside the header, so im assuming its the obx.

oh and i was also wanting some advice on a cat back exhaust system should i get one off the net or let my local mufler place do it. they are around the same price 240-270 depending on the mufler. but the mufler place will do the pipe in regular cast iron(dirt metal). and what kinda mufler i should get ? the flowmaster is too loud.

The Moteria catback on ebay is pretty good value; Stainless steel & mandrel-bends... Just replace the resonator with a decent (& long) glasspack & the sound is said to be good.

I second that, get yourself a LARGE glasspack, not a cheap cherry bomb from autozone. I have two. One is 32" and the other is 14" before the tailpipe. I also have no muffler. Sounds real nice!

I have the motoria and no glasspack... don't have headers yet though but mine sounds great I think (I use the silencer that came with it though and don't know what it sounds like without it) I bought mine from Importshark.com great price and was shipped very quickly

The obx is a decent header but it's definately not the best out there. It is very affordable and if you do decide to get one, I would spend the extra money and get it ceramic coated. I had a SSA header, very similar to the obx, and it started rusting up on me after a few months. just my 2cents
