Not sure what you're trying to get at here...
Those numbers for resistance is crazy high, and as I understand it, lower is better. Lower resistance means more of the electric spark reaches the spark plug, making a larger spark, which then ignites more fuel. Better fuel efficiency and more bang for your buck.
I'd go with PRDs
