Yeah, take head, find wall, and run at wall with head down. LOL
It's simple. Find the Powersteering assembly and you'll see a bolt that goes through a wide notch, and into the assembly. Loosen that bolt and use a large bar to push/pull the whole assembly away from the motor, thus, tightening the belt.
Make sure that they aren't too tight. 1/4 of play should do the trick.
