got if for $700..... not just a maf to map conversion, but like a safc on steroids. i have the ability to run almost any injector size i want....374 adjustable zones, 2 pressure switch outputs adjustable to .1 psi for nos or o2 heater or rpm=0, 2bar map sensor, dataloggin, pc tunable(with a wideband of course). also has an autolearn feature to set a base map....

i wanted this because it allows for finer fuel adjustment and i dont want to go standalone. later on i plan for an msd.
they are doin a GB on the 3si forums for $675, i just noticed today, just fyi

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (x7xstring)</div><div class='quotemain'>Newbie question alert!:

Why is it better to go maf to map?</div>

As I know MAF doesn't like boost, after some point it will be showing stable value (probably you will get a CEK). To make stock MAF sensor see boost you need to put it in wider tube.
Here is diagram for MAF

Stock MAP sensor is good till 3 psi boost (number from diagram)

But you can easily found 2 bar, 2.5 bar, 3 bar and eve 5 bar MAP sensor.

Don't forget to use piggy back here or go stand-alone.

*correct me if I'm wrong

Alright well all that makes sense. Now how does the map sensor get installed? Does it just get a hose from the IM ran to it?

Yes, run a hose from the IM. Wire up the 5V supply, ground, and signal wire to your piggyback and your set.

Well I would but after thinking about it MOHD has the full emanage with all of the harnesses including the pressure sensor for $575. Would be kind of silly to buy this for atleast $100 more and it doesnt even do ignition timing.
