I know that my alternator is working fine, because I sent it to a check and they tell me that everything in it is fine, and is charging my battery at 14. more or less......

you had time to pull the whole cluster off? dang I need to get my time together, do you have a voltimeter to check that the connection has power?

my car doesn't have that battery light option. It's not really an "option" per se, but it has never lit up. The little cut out on the cluster is there but the light never comes on (when key is turned to on). Maybe your car just doesn't do it. You have a rd2 tho, so it probably should. Did the light come on before you started messing with your cluster?

no. i have never seen that light turn on.

but I have seen another tibs around just like mine with that light on.

so, I dont know, maybe you are right, not every tibs are like that.

yeah, don't worry bout it. Your car isn't cool enough for that feature.
