Figured I would post up this information.
I recently installed a GIM crank pulley. Prior to this I was getting about 28 MPH highway. After installing this (I tested on six tanks of gas) my MPG went up to 33. Then this past weekend I installed the VHR kit. After two full tanks tested I am getting about 37 MPG. Love it love it!!!!!!! Anyway just thought I would post it up.

Speaking of drag and friction, one time, i turned my rotors and put on those fuxin' metalic break pads. Believe it or not, they gave me a slight drag when in neutral. and they made a faint metalic, grinding, hissing sound whenever I applied the breaks. A buddy told me about this stuff I got some of that disk break squeel remover (metalic stuff bonds to cracks and crevaces in rotors and pads) and it took care of that... I'm guessing that would have some bearing on MPG lowering and boosting.
Moral of this story? Don't get the cheapest pads you can get.

Vehicle: N/A as in Not Applicable, not Naturally Aspirated
a better spark will get a better burning of the A:F inside the combustion chamber which will help gas mileage. You can do this by replacing old wires and plugs regulary or if those are good get an multiple spark discharge system.
____________
*WARNING*
That Bosch +4 crap will not give you a more powerful spark and will not increase your gas mileage!

Yeah I am using the NGK V Copper plugs. Like them a lot. You are right about the spark but a $400 MSD is kinda a waste IMO if that is all you are using it for.
