i got my motoria exhaust installed today. its nice and included the race cat
no cel was thrown, do you think there will be one thrown a few days later,
also the motoria system was missing two hangers and had
to be adjusted to fit over the rear frame
also, the bolts are short, my installer said they may come loose, what do you
think?

also, will this stainless system hold up and will it take a while for the computer to adjust
to the exhaust, so when will i see the hp gain, will it sound louder when the computer
adjusts??
also, is there another cat converter on a tiburon, like by the headers

Ya you'll throw a CEL eventually with a race cat.

Fitting over the rear suspension is a PITA I agree. If you ever get rubbing or knocking noises, its probably hitting there.

The bolts for the flanges? Make sure he didn't cross thread them and put them in correctly. If you have problems, put some washers in between the head of the bolt and the flange and it'll seal tighter. If you get no exhaust leaks then they probably will hold fine.

Probably won't get too much HP, and its about as loud as it will get. Without the race cat I'm sure its loud.

Yep, you have another cat right by the header.

i was told no cel would be thrown, if it didn't happen in a day or two. plus,
y do u think a cel will be thrown since there is no o2 sensor in the race
cat or piping. the 02 sensors shouldn't read the race cat

in the headers and first cat right after the headers, before the race(2nd) cat and piping

Ooo nevermind.

I got confused for some reason and was thinking headers, you just did an exhaust. You shouldn't throw a CEL since you have a sensor before the first cat and a sensor after the first cat.

The 'race cat' isn't a cat at all. You WILL eventually have some issues from it. Just put on a high flow cat and help everyone breathe a bit better dude.

If the bolts were long enough to mount it all together, they will hold fine.

As for gains? Immediately.

Did you reset your ECU? Since it sounds like you put a aftermarket exhaust on OEM headers, you'll just get some better sound, but little to NO power gains.

In europe the tiburon gen1 only has got 1 o2 sensor. Its located just after the OEM header just before the Cat. The european tib only has 1 cat.

Yea, you guys don't have to deal with OBD-II emission standards.
