adding a Turbo Kit to my 2000 Tibby 1.6 NA?
it depends on what you are using the engine for. For normal driving everyday on the street... HLAs are MUCH better. Quiet and maintance free. They however are not fond of high revs and dirty oil. MLAs are better for high revs. Being a solid lifter instead of a hydralic one, they do not care about how low your oil is or how dirty. They also are not prone to collapsing under high load/rev conditions. However, you will periodically have to get them adjusted and they will start to get noisy before hand.
