i didn't have my glasspack and it was LOUD, set off car alarms just by driving next to them even with a cat hooked up. OP didn't have his at first, it buzzed like crazy!!! then i got mine and it helped the problem. the glasspack diminishes the sound a little and adds a little bit resonance, so it sounds a tweek more throaty at throttle.

my advice is not to get it at first, see how it sounds and if it buzzes, then get it welded on if you don't like the noise output. seriously, for me, i'm glad i have it on because it hurt your ears driving and since i live near a ghetto area i used to get lots of evil looks.

i know what rice is! that's having the exhaust sound like a straw with a bee hive in it, buit what is not rice?! I mean, toyota supras make the same sound with Apex'i exhaust and would that be considered rice?! does my exhaust sound rice? I don't think there is a muffler that will make a 4 banger sound hearty.

tanc, here's that pic i had a chance to get before the sun went down. it'll look cooler when i get a rear bumper to cover the actual muffler up.

Did you gyus get the sound clip to work?

I was just going to say that.

It would like 100x better with the muffler covered.

HKC,
Is that as high as the muffler will go? There wasn't any room to tuck the muffler behind the bumper and just have the tips showing? Just curious, cuz I had the same problem with my Wagon when I was trying to fit my muffler in place.

Can't wait to see it with a bumper cover, cuz that ish is hot when all you see are the tips.
I found some pics of the install I did for my cuz on his Accord.
(I got the wheels off his car after he wrecked it)
