If you look at the small pulley you have it will be smooth around the hole. On a splined hole you would see ridges going through. Look at the small pulley in this pick and you can see the spline.

i see is there any other way to hold it on there, welding, duct tape tongue.gif
but all they would have to do is cut those into it ? my dad said something like i had to take off the pump and take it and the pulley to a shop so they could "press it on"
is that true?

that really sucks , but im in luck and this girl i knows dad owns a machine shop
he says if i send him the pulley that needs to be done he'll do it for cheap. but any ways i think its the alternater pully that wont fit be cause i went out there and looked and my PS pulley has like 5 bolts holding it on but i couldent see the alternator pulley.
Any one know where i can ger a red UR under drive pully for less than $200
