<div align='right'><{POST_SNAPBACK}></div></div>

VERY few, and I do mean like a handful had the white bases like in the XD's
Center armrest is an OPTION!
Painted Mirrors were and OPTION!
Not sure about the lock thing, that's kinda weird, ALL the Canadian ones come with it.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CyberShark @ Sep 21 2005, 11:13 AM)</div><div class='quotemain'>I believe the motor mounts were changed for the 2001.

Uhmmm , NO

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TibMinn @ Sep 21 2005, 01:13 PM)</div><div class='quotemain'>well that makes me mad... I've always wished my morrors were painted, imo itd look a lot nicer. the thing is, i DO have a 2001.... why wouldnt mine be painted if all of the rest of them were!? screwed again...
<div align='right'><{POST_SNAPBACK}></div></div>
Again Option.

The 00's also had 1 Cat like the late 98's and 99's
The 01's had 2 Cats (cali emmissions)
So the 00's, STOCK, sounded meaner.

sry for being so unclear about the topic heading but i was kindof in a hurry so i couldnt exactly explain myself... what i meant was "its killing me" because i dont have a tib yet and i am trying to make the decision on whether to get a 2k or an 01. see the 2k's are a little less expensive but the 01's seem like they may be of better quality. so i guess my real question would be whether or not the price difference between the 2k and 01 would be worth paying for the minor differences between the two.

I'd get a 99 again, I had a chance to get a 00, but didn't like the bug eyes

But for you get an 01!
Much improved overall

Naturally, as with any car, the latest year for that model is always the best. The first few years is when all the problems and bugs still haven't been worked out yet.
I'd also personally get a 99 though, RD1s kick ass fing02.gif and 99 is when all the major problems were fixed.

For all those that don't know, i ran NOS without the nozzles, we thought they were in there but wasn't. Must of had 300 hp that night cuz the bottle didn't last too long and fire was coming out the muffler. Thank you Tib Gods for sparing my car.

I should rephrase, not really problems, just improvements .. things like discs vs drums, the "door" button between the dome lights (on 99s), i personally think the steering wheel feels a lot nicer in the 99s (you wouldn't know unless you've driven both), hmm on 99s the floor was all carpeted, none of that plastic stuff by the gas pedal on the ground which looks like crap unless you have floormats to go over it, 2 years newer, don't know if i can think of any more little things..but there are smile.gif
