just do continuity tests(set the meter to resistance, and make sure that basically 0 resistance is present on the wire up until the pass. window switch) right down the circuit, from driver side to pass. side. webtech has the connector numbers and locations in the schematics for the power window circuit. it will be a lot easier to unclip a connector and check for continuity between the driver side switch and that connector than cutting wires to do it.
