you might want to check your fpr every so often. i noticed in your oil cap DIY, the paint is worn off where they typicaly leak. i know you did change it before, but anything must be worth a shot at this time for you.

It's nothing. The paint didn't stick because it was painted on a cold day and improperly prepped because it was cold out. The paint on that sucker will chip off with a fingernail because of the improper painting environment. There is no leaking nor smell of fuel in the engine bay.

Hey DTN and all that are having this problem.
I work with Hyundai Parts everyday..
Usually when this happens it is the Idle Speed actuator or throttle position sensor.
I think you guys call it an IAC.
Most of the time on my customers stock cars it is Idle Speed actuator that make the idle funny when a/c is on.
So try to get one that is working and see if it fixes it..
It should take no more then 10 mins..
I do have in stock if you need nana.gif
Anyways just my 0.02.
