Again, I'd adust your idle like I said and see if it goes away. You opened up your car quite a bit with those mods man.
Clean the other parts.

funky, did you have the same problem too? anything different in your situation?
in the next week or so i'll clean the maf and idle actuator and see if that makes it go away. mine may have started after installing my AEM too, i got a new red one around the time of the airram install..i can't seem to remember when exactly the bogging started.

I have a problem similar to that except it only happens after I drive a longer distance (45 min. drive to my parents house will cause it). If I get out of the car and get back in within about an hour it bogs so bad that the car dies.

if it's the fans, you may need a new alternator. Your vehical should not be going down to 300 RPM. that says that you are producing enough voltage to run the fans, but not the spark coils... bad mojo right there.... I just had mine changed out because it was bogging when i turned on my headlights... The dealer thought it was from all the coolant that leaked all over it from my water pump.
Check your throttle bypass to make sure it's opening and closing and not clogged. When a load is placed on the engine, the bypass should open more and compensate... like when you turn on A/C.

Well, it only started after installing my CAI. and mine was a little different. It seemed to be eratic at any different throttle position. not just closed throttle. it could be because I installed the bypass filter right on the MAF.
One time, my CAI and MAF actually fell off my elbow. That was when it was super bad. Every 20 seconds the car would bog completely down - 0 power at all, and then it would pick up again for another 20 seconds or so. kinda scared me.
hope that helps.

Hey zoned,
Mine started exact same symptom when I installed BBTB. I thought it was TPS issue too, that's why I bought a Kefico TPS from you. Nothing has changed after the Kefico TPS was installed. The rpm bounces up and down so randomly. Sometimes at red light, rpm will bounce from 1900 to 2000 back and forth for a long time and it will come down to normal, sometimes it doesn't until I give it gas. Other times the rpm will go down under 200 and the car will stall even when it's running. I've checked everything, idle was adjusted by a mechanic, I am so tired of this. I just wanna fix this problem.

It's definitely something to do with installing the BBTB then..
I don't get it.
Mine does it pretty rarely actually, it's just weird. Doesn't actually bother me that much.
