Just did this on my car, the CEL has been on for almost a year and this time it failed inspection. I had a P0422 error, the part number you need is a 42009 spark plug non-fouler; got mine at Autozone for $4.99. Two come in the box but I only needed and could only fit one. You will need to drill one of the non-foulers out to 1/2 inch for the sensor to fit. Again, this goes on the rear sensor between the sensor and the cat.

I reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery to clear the CEL. Took the car in on Saturday and got two not ready errors on the computer. The inspector told me to drive it for 100-150 miles; I drove it around for almost two hours, took it back in and it passed! The wife's happy, so I'm happy smile.gif
