Hubs
What parts do you need to do a hub conversion for a '99 using hubs from a '00? Other than the hub itself I would think calipers and brake pads were the only other parts needed.
Is the process as simple as plug and play or is there major or minor modification needed?

Have you at least checked to see if they're identical? I don't recall there being ANY difference between 1999 and 2000 hubs.
if you have older hubs (96-97) they may be captive rotors. Other than that, I believe there is no difference.
