10,000 to 50,000 is a fairly broad range mate... Are you really willing to spend up to 50 grand on your Tib??? If I had that kinda cash just laying around I would prolly buy a different car! Maybe that's just me though...

f*** that shit, tune the HELL out of your Tib.
LOL
Turbo? Well, the BSE kit looks like it might be perty nice.
Suspension, I'd go with T&P coilovers from Kspec.com and Whiteline Sway bars.
Get some ultra light 15 or 16 inch rims.
Pick up a Zefiro Turbo Edition bodykit, get it all painted.

I'd buy another car for those money, but if you really want to mod your tib, get a nice turbo kit from Rick I guess and find a place to get it installed and tuned.
What are your goals?

i'd buy a different car that starts off with as much HP as you are going to end up having with a turbo...but if you do spend it on the tib
Full port n polish
balanced/blueprinted crankshaft
turbo cams
big bore EVERTHING
forged rods
forged turbo/low comp (8.5:1) pistons
fully tuned, reliable turbo kit....
basically the only thing that should be stock is your block....hell you could prolly get that milled too...
