Help On Shifter Install

Does anyone know how to install the r-side advanced short shifter? I'm pretty sure I could figure it out but wanted to know if anyone know a quick way or any tips or tricks to the install.

its gonna sit a little funny once you get it in there. its easy to adjust though, just keep playing around with the two little brass looking things on thed shifter cables and it can be made straight.

I already looked at the DIY and printed it. I just want to check all my options. Thanks MK3 for helping out with the link post. At least some people are nice and helpful. Just joking with you Redz, dont get mad
