Ok I changed engines, long story, the problem now is that I keep blowing fuses. The fuse for the computer to be exact.

This only happens when .......

1) Car is warm
2) RPM's stay over 3500 (can go up and down w/o problems)
3) Only when car is in motion

Any help woud be greatly appreciated. I really miss driving my car.

You cut one of the sensor wires and it's grounding out somewhere.

i'm going to make the assumption that it worked properly before. i don't have my electrical manual with me, but if you do, does the ecu fuse you're talking about send power solely to the ecu, or does send power to other sources as well?
