I would say .32. That is the most common size we use on the 130's. .20 would probably be too thin and .41 would be a PITA to work with. I will have to remember that link, I have been thinking about safety wiring some items.

Thanks for the help. My header is now wrapped and it will be sprayed tomorrow after it dries.

50 feet of wrap is barely enough to cover this header.

Well, I'd have to recommend that anyone with a thin header do this. It was well worth it. I had a slight buzz that I didn't realize was even there until the familiar buzz sound at 2,000 RPM was gone. It also quieted down my exhaust valve noise. This was a good mod.

I have the same wrap kit in the garage waiting to put on. Only thing holding me back is taking the header off. I have the 1 piece 4-1 header that is a b**** to remove.
DTN do you think this can be done while still on the car or do i need to remove it?

It's not something I'd ever do on the car. Also, make sure your wraps are tight and 1/8" overlap. You might have enough to do the whole header. 50ft was cutting it very close.

My radiator is a Koyo radiator. It's thicker then the stock one, so I can no longer fenagle the header out from the top. My solution was to jack up the side of the car then drop the header down and twist slightly. it came right out. Just make sure the alternator wires are not in the way or it could be bad when you let go.
