I want to know what header is better for our cars 4-1 OR 4-2-1

I read that the header 4-2-1 is good for RPM to RPM means help old do way, and is good for automatic.
and the header 4-1 is good for the end and is better for manual.

You are correct.

4-1 headers are better for manuals, 4-2-1 for automatics.

No, neither is better for either transmission.

It depends where you want your power my man. Not on what transmission you have.

yeah, but people say that since autos arent really high revving that the power is better put a little lower in the rpms with a 421.

Basically 4-2-1 gives a better increase to the midrange rpms and 4-1 gives better high end increase.

Daily driving, 4-2-1 is better since you don't push your car to redline on every shift... (or I hope not). This gives better pull during normal driving.

Racing, 4-1 is better because when you shift at close to redline, the next gear picks up with the motor still in the high rpm range. So for racing, 4-2-1 would be a waste since its only useful in first gear.

Hope this reply helps.

What mark they use

What opinion about these

Body Spacer

The idea is to extend in 1 " the camera of admission, by means of a flange of aluminum that must have the same dimensions of the body of acceleration. With this modification more torque is obtained in falls rpm, rapid acceleration, an additional propulsion in the transitions of the throttle closed to open sea. It is like the effect air lung that is used in instrumentation. When I proved the spread one I installed it without many fé, but on having lit the engine the difference feels, the changes of march are more agressive.

That is absolutely correct, I've had both types of headers. The 4-2-1 is better for everyday driving, stop light to stop light as you have more bottom/mid. The 4-1 is better if you go to the strip or run your car where you're going to see the top end more often at the expense of loosing some bottom end.
