You just use an allen wrench on a breaker bar. It's not anything special. you should be able to find the allen socket at Sears or maybe the parts store.
The bolts are torqued to like 60lbs, so they're on tight. Take them off from outside to inside.

do you know the diameter of the allen wrench? And if they are all the same size?

2 different sizes, not sure what the sizes are. Use some alans you have lying around to find the size. Then match them in the store.

Yes. There are two bigger bolts on the right side under the cam sprockets. Then there are 8 others of a smaller size.

You should check into ARP studs. I got mine for $125. the part #'s are in the turbo section.
