I was wondering if anyone had experience with hwarang high compression pistons.

and

If you do, can you tell me what differences you could see between the 82mm and 83mm pistons and what other mods would be necessary to run these.
Thankyou

There are several threads here talking about the 83 and 82MM pistons. Basicly you will have to bore your cylinders out more for the 83MM and I can't remember what else.

mang dont worry about it...

anyways

82mm pistons youll just have to hone the block a lil and drop them in its possible to just drop them in but i would rather hone them to make it fit

as for 83mm pistons youll need to take the engine apart and have a machine shop bore it .040 over (to 83mm...) and hone it but while you have it out might as well rebuild the motor, get it acid dipped and magnafluxed and get the deck trued

if you go overbore your lookin at around 300 total for machine work (thats if you get it balanced which you should do if your planning a high comp motor that revs high....
