LOL you better give it a deep-cleaning/inspection. "That's not mine!" doesn't work when you get a drug dog alerting on the cops' old drugs!
If he means Narc car as in, used by the police to not look like a police car, when doing police things. Mostly it will have sat idle between missions.

stocker my 01 rd2 just rolled over 40k . I almost cant believe how cheap you picked that car up for , Its hard to find anything that runs and will pass inspection here for less than 2500.
