lets see i got my tib 2 months ago for $500 put a head gasket in it and broke a timing belt, with a new motor an trany i plan on keeping it for awhile.
now i curently have a header and duals being custom made for it now.
so i have a list of other mods for improved mpgs
cold air intake
ground stabilizer kit
ngk plugs
ngk wires
is there anything else i can do for better mpg that isnt to over the top

weight reduction.
check the weight reduction thread for some nice ideas, if you take your spare tire out while driving around town (and replacing it with a can of fix a flat just in case)
If the fix a flat cant fix the flat, then you just call a buddy.
But when going long distances put the spare back in.
also, consider lightweight rims.
The less weight your car has to lug around, the less gas it burns.
----------------------
Heres antoher one, brake less, anticipate when you have to slow down and coast, if you see its a red light ahead but you still have a bit to drive before getting to it then there's no sense braking at the last minute, start slowing down (mainly by coasting) well ahead of time and sometimes the light will go green and you wont even have to stop, which means you wont have to RE-accelerate.
the coasting helps because, you're using all of the energy your car used to accelerate the car, anytime you use your brake you are wasting energy your engine worked so hard to create, if you coast to a stop, you waste much less energy, and therefore gas.
Driving behavior is the easiest, cheapest, and can be one of the most effective ways to save gas

OK, now I've got ngk plugs and wires installed, with no spare and pedal fixed. I have the cams and the custom header, into a single now, at my shop, and I'm working on getting the ECU.
so now I'm on cold air intake and a ground kit with a voltage stabilizer. does anyone have any suggestions on brands, if ebay stuff is fine, or have any for sale.
