I'd like to know what the results would be if some of you only getting ~20mpg reset your ECUs and then drove as economically as possible for the first few days afterwards, and then as normal.

After a full engine tune up and two engine flushes , i got a average of 36 Miles per gallon A/C on City/Highway Mix. Now in the winter, i get a average of 31 MPG.. I dunno why...

Hmm very strange! I've got about 22-23 MPG, that's what Hyundai said for city cycle... (about 10-11 liters on 100 km).
At what RPM do you guys with 30 MPG shift? Maybe you don't have there trafic jams?

I only get like 18 MPG...what should I do to improve this. I changed the air filter and just did an oil change. What other types of maintenance can I do to improve my gas mileage?

Simple fact: Tiburon's do NOT yield more than 31-33 mpgs overall UNLESS you've driven at 55mph behind a truck and your car is in prime condition.
Yes, you may attain small spurts of higher mpgs, but certainly NOT an overall rating > 31mpgs (including city driving).
You're either calculating wrong, using different measuring scales, have wrong information or living in a dream world.
My uncle drives a Prius. He struggles to get > 41 mpgs and he drives slower than his mother. I measure my car's average methodically every tank. I've yet to cross 32 mpgs.

I regularly get 33 to 35 MPG, I take the freeway whenever possible.
Don't know what your problem or the Prius's problem is, they should get way more.
My old Chevy Sprint's would get 55 to 67 MPG.
I'm also not voting at all in this poll, as it's not an accurate MPG poll. I'd have to select 22.1 +, but I get 10 MPG at least more than that.
