I am really not sure they mean by the connector. I couldnt find a good pic of it on WebTech. It seems that on the firewall there is a connector that would allow you to give power to the pump without having the car on. Like Jon said the best way to check it is by using a gauge somewhere between the fuel filter and the FPR. The pressures are on WebTech. They actually give you two pressures. One for without the FPR connect to the IM and one with it connected.
What are the problems you are having with the car?

Okay, few questions.
1. How many miles on the car?
2. What mods? Most recent mod?
3. When is the last time you changed or looked at your plugs & wires?
4. Ever run a good fuel injector cleaner thru it?
5. Ever change your fuel filter?

[its a custom made one,
my problem is when you drive the car for a awhile then turn it off and let it sit for an hour then start it again, it take a while to crank over.

I remember you posting about this.
Last time I saw this almost IDENTICAL problem, it was the TPS. Just needed a new one.

Just for example mine takes a few cranks to turn over when I do that same thing. Drive a bunch, let it sit for an hour, then drive it again. Now I dont mean like 30 seconds or anything but it does take longer to turn over then rather than when its only off for say 15-30 minutes or so.

Have you had the ECU scanned anyways? Sometimes it'll show stuff that's not a MAJOR problem, but that you may wanna look at.
So, after driving it for some time it has difficulty starting right?
Have you taken a look at your TB and the vaccum hoses? Maybe you have a leak or one that's plugged up.
