Did you look on the Hyundai Parts website?

I think that's the part # for the upper line, or...
31310-27100, for the lower line.
Anyways, it was pretty easy to find. Login on the parts page, go to the parts section, click on the parts search, click on Passenger when it comes up and 97MY Tiburon.
Then click on Engine, go to Fuel Lines, and whammo.

Get 1 foot of fuel hose, a barb fitting, and 2 hose clamps. Costs less than $5.
Slide the hose over the metal fuel line, then clamp it down. Screw the barb fitting into the fuel filter, then slide the hose over the barb and clamp it down with a hose clamp.
Just a cheap way to do it since they'll probably charge you like $100 for the OEM line that runs to the back of the car.

get a flaring tool, re-use your old fitting and redo the flare.. no need to change the whole fuel line or use rubber
